Some mistakes that lots of people do:

1. Starting to build websites in different niches, and they don't know anything about that niche !

2. Spending money on advertising plans that won't get them success.

3. Giving up to early.

Lots of people are making these mistakes today. Thats why only few people gain the success on web.
