Deep links are links that point to a site's interior pages. These can be product pages, services page or any other page that is not the homepage of a site. Deep links are acquired by webmasters for several reasons. The main reason is that by linking to the interior page of a site that page will rank better in search engine results. For this reason webmasters also try to acquire deep links with keyword rich anchor text.
